Grow with agencies you trust

A private network where vetted agencies refer each other the work they can’t take on themselves.

Free while we build the founding network. Every application is read by a person.

The point

Turn lost work into revenue that comes back

Out-of-scope requests arrive every month. Handled through a Partner Circle, the same request starts a relationship that sends work in both directions.

Today

Out of scope

A client needs SEO. You don't do SEO, so the work leaves.

In a circle

Refer it to a partner

It goes to a vetted agency you know and trust.

Over time

Work comes back

They send you the rebuilds their clients keep asking for.

Four ways it shows up as revenue

01

Work you turn away

Out-of-scope requests currently leave and never come back.

Becomes an agreed referral fee instead of nothing.

02

Work that comes back

Partners send you the work their own clients keep asking for.

Arrives pre-qualified, closes faster, costs no ad spend.

03

Margin without headcount

White-label the delivery instead of handing the client over.

You keep the client, the invoice, and the margin.

04

Clients who stay longer

Most churn is a scope problem, not a competence problem.

Retention and account value both go up.

We will not promise you a number. Referral volume depends on client demand, partner fit, and how active you are. What changes is that the work you already lose finally has somewhere to go.

How it works

Five steps to your first referral

No bidding, no lead auctions, no inbox full of strangers.

  1. 1

    Apply

Five minutes. What you do, what you want referred in, what you send out.

  2. 2

    Get reviewed

We look at your site and your client work. Not every agency is accepted.

  3. 3

    Set your profile

Best-fit clients, engagement size, and the two services you most want.

  4. 4

    Meet your circle

Introductions to complementary agencies, chosen deliberately.

  5. 5

    Refer and receive

Send what you can't take. Receive what your partners can't.

Partner Circle

A handful of partners, not a directory

You get to know a small group of complementary agencies well enough that referrals become obvious in both directions.

Vetting

Who gets in

You can’t create an account and start browsing. The standard is simple: would we be comfortable sending this agency a client of our own?

Not a fit

  • Lead resellers and pay-per-lead brokers
  • Brand-new agencies without a client base
  • Anyone who wants to receive without ever referring
  • Agencies who add every service in-house on principle
  • No points, credits, or quotas
  • You don't have to refer first
  • New members are not behind
Application reviewIllustrative
  • Established, with real client work
  • Regularly runs into work outside its core
  • Prefers to refer or white-label than force-fit
  • Responsive, professional, safe to hand a client to
  • Wants relationships, not just inbound leads

Read by a person, not a filter. We reply either way.

Founding access

Join the founding network

AgencyPact is early and we are not going to pretend otherwise. The founding group shapes who ends up in the network and how it runs.

Questions

Straight answers

What does it cost?

Founding access is complimentary while we build the network. Membership becomes a paid annual subscription later, and agencies accepted during the founding period keep preferential founding-member terms. Nobody gets moved onto a paid plan without being told first.

Is this a lead generation service?

No. Nobody sells you leads and there is no bidding. Opportunities come from agencies who know your work and think of you when a client's need matches what you do.

Do I have to send a referral before I receive one?

No. There is no quota, no points system, and no queue based on what you have sent. New members are not disadvantaged. Fit and the client's actual need come first.

Will I be competing with agencies that do exactly what I do?

The point is complementary partners, so we limit how many agencies we accept in each service category. A circle full of agencies selling the same thing is useless to everyone in it.

Who owns the client and how do fees work?

You own the client, always. We never contract with them, invoice them, or contact them. Referral fees are whatever you and your partner agree: nothing, a fixed amount, or a percentage, settled directly between the two agencies.

How many agencies are in the network?

We are forming the founding group right now, so the honest answer is that it is small and growing deliberately. We would rather build a network where every member is worth referring to than publish a big number.
